Lately I’ve been reflecting a lot, and honestly, I don’t think I say this enough…

Thank you for supporting me, my business, and my dream since day one.

So many of you started as clients and became so much more — people I genuinely care about and look forward to seeing every single week. You’ve supported Beautiful Balance through every season… the exciting growth, the stressful moments, the schedule changes, the days my body simply needed a break, the times I had to reschedule because I was sick, and now through surgery and recovery.

Not once have I felt anything but kindness, patience, understanding, and encouragement from so many of you. That kind of support means more than I could ever fully put into words. 🫶🏻

As May comes to an end, I want you all to know this:

I am going to show up as much as humanly possible before surgery because caring for you and supporting your health journey truly matters to me. Whether you come to me carrying stress, pain, exhaustion, or just needing an hour to breathe… please know I never take your trust lightly.

And while this temporary pause is necessary for my own healing, my focus will be on getting myself back to 💯 so I can return stronger, healthier, and ready to continue helping all of you feel your best too.
