Join me for a unique experience designed to help you connect with each of the seven main chakras through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, guided awareness, breathwork, and Reiki energy.
As we move from Root to Crown, you’ll learn about each energy center, explore where you feel the vibrations within your body, and discover simple ways to support balance in your everyday life.
We’ll begin the evening by choosing an oracle card to accompany your journey and end with a restorative Reiki experience and time for reflection.

Still Together is designed for couples to rest side by side, regulate their nervous systems, and share stillness through sound and Reiki. There’s no talking required — just presence.

• Gentle grounding to arrive together
• A heart-centered sound bath
• Reiki offered to individuals and/or couples
• Chocolates and wine, with herbal tea also available
