Come join the Sasseville Chiropractic team at the first race of the Triple Crown Series — the Y Fit Fest 5K!

The weather may be a little wet, but the energy is high and the runners are still showing up strong. Stop by our tent where we’ll be helping athletes perform their best with stretching, kinesiology taping, and trigger point work before and after the race.

It’s a great community event, and we’re excited to be part of it. Whether you’re running, walking, cheering, or just enjoying the festivities, be sure to stop by and say hello!
