Please join us in welcoming our newest Office Manager, Rita Smith, to the team! We are excited to have Rita joining us and know she will be a wonderful addition to our agency.

At the same time, we want to share that our current Office Manager, Tricia, will be leaving us in the coming weeks as she prepares for an exciting move out of state. While we will miss her greatly, we are so grateful for everything she has brought to our team!

Thankfully, Tricia will be working closely with Rita during this transition; sharing all of her knowledge and guidance to help ensure a smooth handoff. We appreciate Tricia’s dedication and are excited for Rita as she steps into this role!

The time has finally come... Katie has been with us for 1 year! For real this time (IYKYK). Let's take a moment to get to know her a little better...
🌸What’s a favorite quote or saying? “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”
🌸If you could have an unlimited supply of one snack in the office, what would it be? "I’d say Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups—specifically the holiday ones like the eggs or trees. They just hit differently. I swear they taste better, and I’ll die on that hill."
🌸What’s your favorite season and why? "Hands down, fall! I love the crisp air, the beautiful colors, and the sound of crunching leaves. Pumpkins, apples, Halloween, and cozy hoodies just make the season even better."

For our most recent Community Care Intiative, our team donated puzzles, coloring books, colored pencils, tissues, large-print books, and stress balls to Andwell, the organization that operates our local Hospice House. We did this following a presentation they made to us which showed just how important the work they do is! This small donation of care baskets was our way of expressing gratitude for the compassionate and meaningful work they do for individuals and families in our community! Thank you to Andwell for all the work you do and collaberating with our team!

Who doesn’t love a good before & after?! 🔨🎨🌱
We had the opportunity to expand our office space in Lewiston.

Once we got into our new space, our main goal was to create a space for our staff. A “living room” type vibe that would encourage our team to come chat, eat, catch up on paperwork or simply just rest. This work can be draining and having this space for our team to connect and not feel so alone is everything to us! 👬👭

Happy to say that in the first few days…the living room is always filled with our amazing staff. Sometimes it is quiet…☮️🧘🏻‍♀️ sometimes we’re probably way too loud 🫣😂 but we’re together…and there’s power in that! 💙 (special thanks to those that helped overhaul this space seemingly overnight! 🫶🏼💪🏼)
