Happy 4 year Anniversary to our CEO, Nicole! 🥳

Four years of being our professional problem solver, den mother, therapist to the therapist and someone that does her best to keep the all wheels on the bus! 🚌

Here is a little Q&A to get to know her better...
🌺If you could have an unlimited supply of one snack in the office, what would it be? "Salt & Vinegar chips! Extra points for kettle cooked!"
🌺What’s your favorite animal? "Cats! They are just the most pure animals. They love their people so deeply, are silly, snuggly and each have unique personalities! About to bring home my 3rd fur baby and wish I could still have more!"
🌺What’s a small daily ritual that instantly boosts your mood? "Moving my body first thing in the morning keeps all those around me safe... and me sane!!! 😜 I don't workout for long periods of time, but I am my best self when I start the day with a workout!"

📣What is IOP
-Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a higher level of care than individual therapy, without the need for inpatient treatment.
-Clients attend structured group sessions while continuing to work, parent, and live at home.

📣Who We Help
-Adults struggling with substance use
-Individuals experiencing a lapse in recovery or early recovery challenges
-Those needing more support than weekly therapy
