Been a little bit but I wanted to share being Theragun Certified!
I remember first getting my Theragun Elite and wanting this to be my first massage CE after school! Even better taking it after my Board Certification 🤓

Therabody has really made such a great product for both professional and home/gym use. I constantly use mine in my practice and for personal tighness/soreness. The Theragun has been scientifically tested and proved to be effective for improving DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) after workout sessions
