Our follow-ups aren’t just a formality. They help us make sure you’re getting the results you wanted and allow us to learn your face better—so we can continue treating you thoughtfully and intentionally again and again.

If we say no, it’s because we genuinely don’t think you need more product, that a treatment is necessary, or that it’s the right time for you mentally or emotionally. Your best interest will always come before making a sale.

And if you don’t understand the why behind a treatment, you can’t fully understand the potential impact of the result—or the risks involved. We believe true informed consent means education, understanding, and feeling confident in your decision.

So yes, we’re okay with being a little annoying if it means providing the top-notch care our wonderful clients deserve. 🫶🏻
