✨ Staff Spotlight: Ellen Beward, LCSW ✨

Ellen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, and adults, specializing in trauma-focused care. She has experience using play therapy, CBT, and TF-CBT, allowing her to tailor her approach to each client’s age, needs, and comfort level. Whether she’s helping a child express themselves through play or supporting an adult in processing past experiences, Ellen meets clients exactly where they are and moves at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Her approach is rooted in connection. Ellen prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships and creates a space that feels warm, welcoming, and judgment-free—like sitting with someone who truly understands, listens deeply, and offers genuine support.
Ellen is especially passionate about working with trauma and feels privileged to be part of her clients’ healing journeys. She gently helps clients navigate and process their stories while building coping skills, resilience, and a sense of empowerment along the way.

She brings empathy, authenticity, and a calming presence into every session—helping clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and healing 💛
