As I explain to my clients, I know how your muscles are responding, but I don't know how it FEELS to you. So I need feedback as you feel it necessary to give. hat I am doing is causing you pain, I want to know that so I can make adjustments on them amount of pressure or the technique I'm using. The goal is to help you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and in less pain from cramped up or over stretched muscles. I want my clients to feel like they've had a massage, a good massage, when they walk out of the office door. I massage a client like I would want to be massaged, with care and respect.
