School is around the corner and as a social worker, in a variety of settings I see children doubt themselves. Growing up, It’s important that children understand everyone has something unique about themselves and everyone shares differences.

Kids who struggle with emotional, behavioral, mental health challenges can feel misunderstood and isolated.

“Emotions & Me” is a way to teach kids and their peers, who may need help seeing they are not alone. This story creates empathy and increases understanding. This is a way to spark conversations and help kids feel connected and seen. 🧸🌈
