What an incredible day at Bridges Lexington for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Do What You Love to End ALZ fundraiser! 💜

Our residents have been working so hard creating beautiful handmade items to sell in support of the Alzheimer’s Association, and today was a wonderful celebration of all their efforts. A special shoutout to Nancy and Angie, who proudly manned the sales table. Angie had an amazing day—she sold every single one of her stunning handmade pressed flower cards! 🌸 Each card is lovingly created by Angie herself, from carefully pressing the flowers to designing these truly beautiful works of art. Her dedication and talent were on full display, and we couldn’t be more proud of her success.

The day was filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit. We enjoyed a talented caricaturist, fantastic live entertainment, delicious food, and plenty of smiles all around. We also had the joy of celebrating Virginia’s birthday, making the day even more special! 🎉🎂

Thank you to everyone who supported this wonderful cause and helped make the event such a success. It was a day full of purpose, connection, and fun—and we all had an absolute blast!

We had a wonderful Father’s Day social this afternoon! Friends and family came together to celebrate all of the amazing fathers in our community, and it was such a joy to spend the day with everyone.

Guests enjoyed delicious pretzels, refreshing watermelon, and ice-cold beer while sharing laughs and making great memories. We were also treated to a fantastic performance by Valery the tap dancer, whose energy and talent brought so much fun to the celebration!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us. It’s always special to see friends and family come together, and today was a wonderful reminder of how much we appreciate and honor all of the incredible fathers. I’m having a great time and feeling grateful for such a memorable afternoon. Happy Father’s Day!

This afternoon we made our own recipe of Bath Salts with coconut oil, Dead Sea salt, Epsom salt, essential oils and dried flowers. We will be selling these along with other handmade crafts that the residents have been working hard to put together over the past couple of months at our Do What You Love to End Alzheimer’s event this coming Monday, to fundraise for the Alzheimer’s Association. We cant wait to see you there at Bridges Lexington at 2pm for food, live entertainment and a caricaturist!

What an absolute blast we had this afternoon! 🎨💦

The courtyard was filled with laughter, excitement, and plenty of colour as staff and family members dressed in white T-shirts and got involved in some tie-dye fun with a twist! Armed with water guns filled with colorful water, residents and fellow staff members took aim and transformed plain white shirts into vibrant works of art.

There were smiles all around as everyone ran, splashed, and created unique colorful designs together. It was wonderful to see residents, families, and staff sharing so many laughs and making such special memories.

A fantastic afternoon of fun, creativity, and teamwork that won’t be forgotten anytime soon! 🌈😊

What a wonderful day at our community ! We were thrilled to welcome Harvard Alpaca Ranch and their beautiful alpaca, Summer Rain, for a very special visit.

Our residents had the opportunity to connect with such a unique, gentle, and fascinating animal. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and memorable moments as everyone enjoyed meeting Summer Rain up close and learning more about alpacas.

Experiences like these bring people together, spark joy, and create meaningful connections within our community. A heartfelt thank you to Harvard Alpaca Ranch for sharing Summer Rain with us and helping make the day so special. We look forward to future visits!

Creativity and gardening came together for a wonderful afternoon of fun and connection! 🌵🎨

Our residents enjoyed decorating flower pots with colorful decals before planting beautiful succulents alongside their peers and family members. This hands-on activity gave everyone the opportunity to express their creativity, share laughs, and create something special together.

From personalized pots to thriving new plants, it was a great way to bring people together while celebrating creativity, friendship, and the joy of gardening. 🌿✨

What a wonderful kickoff to CNA Appreciation Week! 💙

Our directors rolled up their sleeves and showed just how much our CNAs mean to us by each preparing a special dish for our CNA Appreciation Cookout. It was a small way to say a very big THANK YOU to the incredible caregivers who make a difference every single day.

We were also proud to unveil our CNA Appreciation Board, filled with heartfelt notes recognizing the amazing individuals who are kind, compassionate, patient, caring, and dedicated to the residents and families they serve. Reading all the wonderful messages was a beautiful reminder of the impact our CNAs have on so many lives.

To all of our CNAs: thank you for your hard work, your endless compassion, and the love you bring to your role each day. We appreciate you more than words can express!

If you see a CNA this week, please take a moment to give them a shout-out and let them know how much they are valued. They truly are the heart of what we do. 💙👏

What a wonderful day for a picnic outing at the Lexington Community Center! We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the beautiful garden, surrounded by blooming flowers and peaceful benches. A special thank you to Dining Director Sarah Donahue for preparing such a fantastic meal using fresh ingredients from Wilson’s Farm in Lexington.

The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, and spending time outdoors with such great company made the day even more special. Beautiful scenery, delicious food, and wonderful friends—it was a day to remember! ☀️🌸🥗💐
