No chair yoga during July
All levels slow flow held at Lexington Physical Therapy
Beach yoga held at Lake Street Beach and is weather dependent

June yoga offerings! Beach yoga is held at Lake Street Beach in Lexington. All other classes are held at Lexington Physical Therapy. Chair yoga requires pre-registration and currently has a wait list. Beach Yoga ($5) and Slow Flow ($10) are drop in classes.

Beach Yoga today (Monday)! There is no parking at the beach access on Lake Street but you can park at the church and walk down. Bring a towel or mat. The temperature can be all over the place down there so layers are best. Suggested cash or Venmo donation of $5.
