Hi, y'all. I've seen some negative posts about Wild Clarity recently. I feel like I should take the time to address our policies. When we schedule appointments, that time is set aside for you to have our complete attention. As a courtesy, we send a reminder 72 hours before your appointment so you can confirm, cancel, or reschedule your time. We kindly ask for a 24 hour prior notice of cancellation so that we can adjust schedules accordingly. If you do not give us adequate notice of cancellations, or if you do not show for your appointment, you will incur a no show fee. This is outlined in our intake paperwork, which must be completed prior to your appointment. We understand that emergencies arise, and we try to accommodate those as best we can.
We are a small business. We do not overbook. So, if you do not come to your appointment, we do not get paid. You don't want to work without pay, and neither do we. If you no show your first appointment, or if you are a repeat no show, we reserve the right to discharge you from our clinic. When you miss appointments, it interferes with the continuity of your care. We must apply these policies uniformly. We welcome civil, respectful conversation regarding questions, concerns, and confusion about our policies. If you are demanding or disrespectful to anyone in our clinic, you will be discharged.
We have seen some comments criticizing our business practices and trying to convince people to avoid our clinic. We ask that you pay attention to the subject of those complaints. We also ask you to consider that we have many more positive reviews and recommendations for our practice than negative ones. If you are searching for a mental health provider, we welcome you to come see us and make a decision based on your own experience.
