Mental health is something you live with, not who you are💛

Some days are harder than others, but having anxiety, depression, OCD, or any mental illness does not define your worth, your future, or your identity. You are still strong, capable, loved, and deserving of happiness.

Mental health matters just as much as physical health💛

Taking medication for your mind is no different than taking medication for your body. Sometimes healing looks like therapy, rest, support systems, boundaries — and sometimes it looks like medication.

There is strength in asking for help.
There is courage in choosing to stay.
And there is absolutely no shame in doing what you need to do to feel okay again. 🫶
