Love the plunge? Try the float.

The cold plunge wakes you up. A float does the opposite. It’s 60 minutes to let your body ease out of the day, and you’re in control the whole time.

If it’s your first time, here’s what to expect. You’ll get a full tour of the space and your private room, and our team will answer every question before you begin. Many floaters say their body feels looser and more relaxed afterward.

Plunge in the morning, float in the evening, and that’s a pretty great day.

Brave things often feel cold at first.

That first step into the plunge can feel like a lot. Then things settle, and you realize you can handle more than you thought.

Cold plunging isn’t suitable for everyone, so check with a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or concerns before trying it.

Cold plunging is about more than those first few seconds.

When you enter cold water, your body responds to the temperature change. As you remain immersed, your breathing and heart rate may begin to settle, although everyone's response is different.

There isn't a magic number of seconds or minutes that guarantees a particular benefit. Water temperature, experience, individual health, and how your body responds all play a role.

That's why longer isn't necessarily better. Start cautiously, follow staff guidance, and never push through warning signs to reach a target time.

Cold plunging isn't suitable for everyone, so check with a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or concerns before trying it.

How long do you usually stay in the cold plunge?

Ever wonder why the first minute of a cold plunge feels the most intense?

When cold water hits your skin, your body sounds an alarm. Breathing speeds up and your heart rate jumps. Researchers call it the cold shock response, and it’s strongest right at the start.

Then things start to settle. In lab studies of cold water immersion, that first reaction eased as the minutes passed, and it got smaller after repeated dips.

That’s why easing in and following our team’s guidance matters.

Cold plunging isn’t suitable for everyone, so check with a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or concerns before trying it.

Cold water gets your attention quickly.

When you enter it, your body responds to the sudden drop in temperature, which can change your breathing, heart rate, and blood vessel activity.

That's why easing in, keeping sessions appropriate for your experience, and following staff guidance matter.

Cold plunging isn't suitable for everyone, so check with a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or concerns before trying it.

Golf is as much a mental game as it is a physical one. Achieving peak performance on the course requires focus, relaxation, and a clear mind. Float therapy can be a game-changer for golfers looking to enhance their game and recover from the physical and mental strains of the sport.

Returning from vacation often means transitioning back into the whirlwind of daily routines and responsibilities. For teachers, this shift can be particularly intense, as they juggle lesson planning, classroom management, and the mental load of a new school year. Float therapy offers a unique and effective way to ease this transition and renew your energy.
