Coming July 30:
Most therapists were taught to identify their clients' attachment styles—but few were taught to recognize when their own attachment system is shaping the therapy relationship. Join this three-part virtual NBCC CE series as we explore how anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment patterns in therapists can influence attunement, boundaries, countertransference, rupture, and repair. Each 90-minute training focuses on one attachment style, offering practical clinical examples and strategies to strengthen your therapeutic presence and improve client outcomes. Earn 1.5 NBCC CE hours per session for just $50 each, or $125 for all three when you pay up front.
Attend the full series for a comprehensive understanding of therapist attachment. If you've ever wondered why certain clients leave you feeling stuck, drained, or disconnected, this series will help you understand what your nervous system may be communicating before you ever say a word.

If you can’t celebrate your mother today, could you find a way to celebrate yourself for:
1. Surviving her mothering
2. Breaking the cycle of disconnection, enmeshment, and neglect
3. Starting the healing process, investing in YOU and your future?

It’s a little weird to extend Lovingkindness to your inner child. Especially if you’re a tough person- a survivor. Or if you have been waiting for that special someone to make you feel loved.

The message “don’t abandon me by growing up,” is sometimes communicated by our parents. The hidden message: I will fall apart without you.
This will stop you in your tracks as you open the door. You will second guess all your desires: college, travel, leaving the church, therapy, even.
“If I don’t think about what will make me happy my mom and dad will be okay. “
They will be okay without you. They may have to look at themselves and talk to one another, but they will survive.
And when you do leave find people who don’t want to trap you and keep you apart. You deserve to be safe snd connected, not smothered.

SPLC paid informants, not racist agencies. The actual judicial brief doesn't mention their support of K*K, et al...They are still being targeted unfairly, but the neocons are taking the thread and making a hate quilt out of it.

The Trump regime’s attacks on civil rights threaten the freedoms at the core of American democracy, targeting organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center to undermine protections for diverse communities.

History has shown us this playbook before —silencing civil rights groups weakens our nation and concentrates power in the hands of a select few.
