To help care for our patients over the holiday weekend, Ms. Denison will be in the office on Monday, May 26th from 8:00 AM–10:00 AM for walk-in sick visits only.

Getting little ones to sleep isn’t easy - but a few simple habits can make a big difference! ❤️

Here are a few tips:

🌙 Stick to a consistent bedtime routine (bath, book, bed works wonders!)
⭐️ Keep the room, dark and cool for more restful sleep.
😴 No screens at least one hour before bed to help their brains wind down.
