Meet the man behind the scenes keeping the wheels turning — Stephen Warner. 👏

From audits and operations to crisis management and “therapist Tetris,” Stephen is the definition of controlled chaos. As COO & VP, he keeps the systems running, the clinicians supported, and somehow still finds time to answer emails at midnight.

If something breaks, needs fixed, organized, negotiated, or figured out… chances are Stephen already handled it before anyone else noticed. Around here, he’s part operations expert, part problem solver, part chaos coordinator — and 100% dedicated to making sure our team can focus on changing lives.

Fueled by caffeine, determination, spreadsheets, and maybe just a little spite. ☕🔥
