āItās really important to me to provide a service for people who understand the value of the work.
Whatever someoneās budget may be, I want the time and resources they choose to invest here to feel worthwhile, to leave feeling that something of real value was exchanged.
Because good bodywork can offer so much more than an hour or two of relief.
It can change the way you move through your day. The way you rest. The way you breathe. The way you understand and inhabit your own body.
And when you begin to feel differently in your body, you often begin to experience your life differently, too.
There is tremendous value in that.
To feel more at home in your own body, to have a renewed sense of what it is capable of, what it needs, and who you are within it, is invaluable.ā
