Kathy hoped to go home after hospital, but her daughter encouraged her to go to Charlestown Place for rehab. "Coming to this facility was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have been through a tough time, especially over the last 15 months. From a diagnosis of lung cancer, chemo, radiation, back surgery and flu that lasted for 5 weeks. My body needed rest and healing and that is exactly what I received here at Charlestown Place. The nursing department was very attentive and took great care of me. Once I started to feel better, the therapy department, led by Jaymie began working with me to strengthen and heal my mind and body."
