What being in nature can do for you…get your hands dirty, put your feet in the grass, let the wind brush across your face, listen to the birds sing.

This is absolutely my intention during most massage sessions I do. Many people live a good bit of life in the Sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode). Through massage, I help clients switch over to the Parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest mode). Falling asleep is a pretty good indicator of this.
