It’s such a special privilege getting to know our patients throughout their entire pregnancy and then getting to meet the little ones we’ve been waiting for right alongside them.

Pregnancy comes with plenty of questions—and sometimes a lot of conflicting advice.

Can you exercise? Drink coffee? Travel? Eat certain foods? The answer is often, "It depends."

Every pregnancy is unique, so it's always best to talk with your provider about what's right for you.
