We’re honored to have Dr. Ronald Wells, cardiologist, speaking at the Ezra Legacy Gala about recognizing the signs and symptoms of heart problems in infants and children.

This is such an important part of the evening for our family. As we gather to celebrate what would have been our son Ezra’s first birthday, we also want families to leave with information that could help them recognize when something may not be right with their child’s heart.

This night is about LOVE • LEGACY • IMPACT—celebrating Ezra, educating families, and allowing his life to continue making a difference. 🕊️

I almost didn’t make yesterday’s post. I had no idea it would reach so many people. 🥹🐝💛

But today, you showed up for us. We saw more families come through our doors than we’ve seen in the last few weeks, and I truly cannot put into words how grateful we are.

Every booking, every share, every tag, every recommendation and every family that chooses to spend an hour with us matters. As we prepare to welcome our newest little bee in January, every sale also helps support our family while allowing us to continue building a space where every child belongs. 💛

And then we received MORE exciting news today…

🏆 Busy Bee Inclusive Playhouse has been nominated for a 2027 Kaboom Award for BEST INDOOR FUN in the Midlands!

This nomination came from local families, which makes it even more special. We’re currently in the nomination stage, and every nomination helps us get closer to the final voting ballot!

On October 9th—Ezra’s first birthday– we’re gathering for the Ezra Legacy Gala, an evening dedicated to turning love and loss into purpose.

Guests will enjoy an elegant evening with dinner, music, dinner, meaningful moments honoring Ezra, and an important conversation with a cardiologist about recognizing signs of heart problems in infants and children.
