🚣♂️💪 SAIL Fitness Training – Upcoming Classes Coming Soon!
We’re excited to announce upcoming SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) classes will be offered through the Center for Asbestos Related Disease (CARD).
SAIL is a community-based fitness program designed to support strength, balance, flexibility, and overall functional fitness. These classes are especially helpful for improving mobility, building endurance, and keeping your body moving in a safe and supportive environment.
You’ll also be doing movements that help get your heart and lungs working, supporting better breathing, stamina, and overall wellness.
📌 We are currently building a waiting list through CARD for upcoming class sessions.
If you’re interested, please contact Melissa at (406) 293-9274 Ext. 139 to be added to the list and receive schedule updates as they become available.
We look forward to helping you
