August 1st at 9 am we will be doing a 5k run with ENERGY RUN CLUB starting from our office! 21802 E Indiana Ave, Suite 106, Liberty Lake.

Immediately following, for the rest of our office day (10 am-3pm) we will be offering free running form analysis at our office!

Whether you are training for a race, a casual runner, or just curious about your running form, come stop by! It only takes about 10 minutes per person and can help you have less pain and better results when you run! 🏃‍♀️

Feel free to run with us in the morning or swing by any time after if you can’t make the run!

I’m sure you’ve all heard of some crazy things that chiropractors have said or some wild claims about chiropractic being able to cure everything and anything.

In my practice, I value reasonable, research-based care. I DO firmly believe that chiropractic care can help with many musculoskeletal conditions and help increase body function by improving mobility and nerve function.

However, I do not believe that means there is never a need for other healthcare professions to treat someone and I do not believe that means I need to die by niche recommendations that are minimally supported by research.

My priorities as a chiropractor are supporting movement and pain relief through better nerve function, activity/exercise, empowering knowledge, and balanced living.
