What a great way to kick off the new school year!

Thank you to Dayton United Methodist Church for hosting yesterday’s Back-to-School Staff Luncheon and bringing the Dayton ISD team together for a day of fellowship, encouragement, and appreciation. We’re grateful to have been part of it!

Thank you to Dayton ISD for allowing this special event to take place and, most importantly, for the incredible work your staff does for the students and families of our community. To every teacher, administrator, and staff member, we hope you know how much you are valued. The work you do each day matters, and the impact you have on our community will last far beyond the school year. We wish you a wonderful school year! We are excited to share an important update about MRI services at Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center.

LDRMC is transitioning from our current mobile MRI service to a new permanent MRI system at our facility. This investment will allow us to provide greater availability, improved scheduling flexibility, advanced technology, and convenient local care for our community.

As we make this transition, there will be a temporary interruption in MRI services at LDRMC.

Important dates:

Last day of mobile MRI service: Wednesday, August 26, 2026
Temporary service interruption: September through October 2026

During the temporary interruption, patients who require an MRI will be referred to an alternate imaging facility. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients and referring providers as we complete this important transition.

We are excited about what this new permanent MRI system means for Liberty and the surrounding communities. It represents another step forward in our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare close to home.
