On Friday, Achieve Rehab and Nursing had the honor of celebrating Judy Kogon’s 108th birthday!

The day was filled with live music, cake, and ice cream, bringing together residents, staff, family, and friends in joyful celebration.

A special highlight was a birthday parade led by local law enforcement, adding extra smiles to this unforgettable milestone. Thank you to everyone who made this extraordinary celebration one to remember.

🚗 Achieve Rehab & Nursing Car Show Update 🚗

Due to the current poor air quality caused by wildfire smoke affecting our region, we have made the decision to postpone our Achieve Rehab & Nursing Car Show.

The health and safety of our residents, staff, volunteers, car enthusiasts, and community members will always be our top priority. While we were looking forward to seeing everyone, we believe postponing the event is the safest decision at this time.

A new date will be announced soon, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone once conditions improve.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and patience. We appreciate everyone who planned to attend or display a vehicle, and we look forward to seeing you at the rescheduled event.

🌫️ Air Quality Advisory 🌫️

Due to the current poor air quality affecting our area, Achieve Rehab & Nursing is taking precautions to help protect the health and well-being of our residents.

At this time, we are NOT restricting visitation or changing our normal operations. Family and friends are welcome to visit as usual.

However, we encourage everyone to limit time outdoors whenever possible, especially older adults and individuals with heart or lung conditions.

To help keep our residents safe, residents will not be going outdoors unless it is absolutely necessary while air quality remains at unhealthy levels. Our team will continue to monitor conditions closely and adjust our practices as needed.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work to provide the safest possible environment for our residents. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the facility.
