πŸŽ‰ Celebrating CNA Week at Liberty Community Living Center! πŸŽ‰

What an incredible two days of appreciation so far for the amazing CNAs who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day!

πŸ” Day 1: A huge thank you to Dignity Hospice for hosting a wonderful cookout for our team! Special recognition goes to Dan, who took his place behind the grill and made sure every CNA was well-fed and appreciated. The food was fantastic, but the fellowship and gratitude shared throughout the day made it even more special.

🌺 Day 2: The celebration continued with an exciting Aloha-themed day! Staff and our kitchen team came together to provide delicious goodies, tropical treats, and plenty of island spirit. It was a fun-filled day that brought smiles, laughter, and well-deserved recognition to our hardworking caregivers.

πŸ’™ During CNA Week, we proudly honor the compassion, dedication, and commitment our Certified Nursing Assistants show every day. Thank you for the care, comfort, and kindness you provide to our residents and their families. You are truly the heart of Liberty Community Living Center.

One of our lovely Residents asked to sing with Mr. Cole Rener today while he played beautiful piano music and hymns. And I had to capture this wonderful moment and share with out family and friends.

The gentle, weathered hands in long-term care hold the beautiful stories of a lifetime. These are the hands that once comforted crying children, farmed the land, and built homes. Though they may now be tired, they still share endless warmth, patting our shoulders, offering sweet comfort, and quietly showing us how to age with grace.

We experienced a day packed with enjoyable activities. First, we captured photos of our employees who participated in our hip hop day, then we engaged in a Q-tip painting craft of flower pots, and this afternoon, the Amite County Jr high and high school band presented an incredible musical performance that inspired some of our residents and employees to dance, culminating in our tie-dye celebration. We extend our appreciation to Angela and her partner for the crafts, Amite County band director Mr. Butler for sharing the talents of his students with us, and everyone who contributed to our tie-dye activity. Today was a truly special day. Day #2 of national Skilled nursing home week in the books!!

Hello everyone, if you didn't get to come out today for our Mother's Day luncheon and to hear the hot keys of Thomas Sanders, you 100% missed out! Today was a day unlike any other, with wonderful music entertainment, cowboy hats, teapots, dancing, laughing, delicious food and treats. We would like to thank Thomas Sanders for coming and putting on a wonderful show, Bristol Hospice for the beautiful dessert table, Dignity Hospice for the yummy cotton candy, and all of the helping hands that made this day so special for our mothers and the rest of the residents, families, and employees who joined in on today's fun. Day one of Skilled Nursing Home Week is in the books. Can't wait to show you tomorrow's shenanigans!!

Our residents had a fantastic time listening to Mister Cole Rener's music, which filled the air with lovely sounds and rhythms. The performance was interactive, with some of the audience members singing along and others using hand movements to express their enjoyment of the music.

We are thrilled to introduce Mr. Cole Rener, a gifted young musician who generously volunteers his time to share beautiful songs and hymns with our residents. His talent and passion have brought immense joy to our community. As the Music Director at Liberty Baptist Church, Mr. Rener will be gracing us with his music every Friday at 10 AM (minus a few here and there) , and we invite you to join us for an uplifting experience, complete with a cup of coffee. Please feel free to join us at Liberty Community Living Center.
