Good morning patients! It has been a long time since this page has been active. It's long past time to bring it back and get connected with our patients online again!

This morning, I wanted to bring something to the attention of our Traditional Medicare patients. If you were not aware, there was a security breech in late Spring 2026 that left 1.3 million Medicare members exposed to potential cyber risk. Those 1.3 million Medicare members have been issued new Medicare ID's. New cards will come in the mail to those impacted. Without that new Medicare ID #, claims will not process or be covered. I am making this post in hopes of reaching those who may not be aware, may not check their mail thoroughly, those who have a parent, grandparent or loved one potentially effected etc.

If you receive a new member ID card in the mail, you will need to update your information on file with all of your medical providers. There are regulations about the length of time a claim can be processed after a service is delivered and we don't want to see any Medicare members missing that window for coverage.
