As we get closer to our official 30-year anniversary, we’ve been looking back at where it all began—and feeling incredibly grateful for the journey.

For three decades, Bosco Chiropractic has had the privilege of caring for generations of families in the Libertyville community. From little ones getting their first adjustment to parents, grandparents, and everyone in between, it has always been about more than chiropractic care—it’s been about family, connection, and community.

Meet the DUTCH Test 🧬✨

We’re excited to share that Bosco Chiropractic is now offering the DUTCH hormone test in our office!

The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is a comprehensive look at your hormone patterns and can provide valuable insight into hormones such as cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and more.

This test can be helpful for both women and men looking to better understand what may be happening with their hormones and how those patterns may relate to things like energy, stress, sleep, menstrual cycles, fertility, and overall wellness.

We’re excited to add this testing option to our office so we can take a deeper, more individualized look at your health and wellness.

✨ Always Learning. Always Growing. Always Looking for More Ways to Support Our Mamas. ✨

Yesterday, Dr. Beggi had the opportunity to attend an incredible Natural Birth Preparation class at Family Tree Holistic Health💚, learning alongside Karissa McCallum L.Ac CD(DONA) (an acupuncturist, doula, and herbalist). 🤍

We dove into so many wonderful tools that can support women throughout pregnancy and during labor, including:

🌿 Essential oils
👂 Ear seeds
🤲 Acupressure points for labor preparation
🔥 Moxa
💆‍♀️ Cupping therapy
🌸 Gua Sha
👐 Tui Na bodywork

It was such an amazing day of learning, and Dr. Beggi walked away with so much new knowledge and inspiration to bring back to her expecting patients.

We believe that caring for the whole mom means continually expanding our knowledge and connecting with other practitioners who share our passion for supporting women and families. 💕
