LOWER BACK PAIN FROM SITTING IS NOT JUST MUSCLE FATIGUE — IT’S SPINAL DISC COMPRESSION THAT BUILDS UP OVER TIME

When you sit for long hours, especially in a slouched position, your lumbar spine loses its natural curve and the pressure shifts directly onto the intervertebral discs, especially at L4–L5 and L5–S1.
