My birth doula support includes :
Prenatal appointments to go over a well detailed birth plan, home preparation for new baby, labor pain management techniques, vision of what you'd like your birthing experience to look like and any concerns you may have!
24/7 phone/ text support !

Labor support- I will be there to help through labor physically through applying techniques like massage, counter pressure, offering different positions for labor, and assisting mama with the transition to motherhood and breastfeeding ( if she chooses too) after baby is born.
I support both Hospital and home birth clients and am well equipped with additional clinical knowledge ( normal fetal heart tones, vital signs, etc.) due to my training as a monitrice (clinical doula) and being a former Midwife assistant/ student midwife 👶🏾👶🏽👶🏻
My postpartum Doula support includes :
Prenatal appointments preparing mom and family for a new addition. Scheduling a meal train or prepping meals for the postpartum period for the client and nursery room assistance.
Extended postpartum hours- I can come once a week over a period of weeks (depending on what plan you choose) and do light housekeeping, prepare a fresh meal of choice, offer breastfeeding assistance/advise, prepare herbal baths for mama, or even hold baby if mama needs a nap or some free time. ✨✨💖
