I hope everyone has enjoyed the summer break with your families. I know this past week has been very gloomy and rainy, I hope no one has had sever weather damage to your houses. This rain has taken a toll all over our state. Please check in on your loved ones to make sure they are OK.

Things are about to get crazy if they have not already, with kids going back to school and sports games and practices.

Just remember you need to take time for yourself those bleachers are not comfortable, driving all over kingdom come for games those long car rides and sitting and watching takes a toll on your low back and hips. Make sure your taking time to keep things moving.
