Pilates & Matcha… yes, please! 💚🧘‍♀️🍵

Rain or shine, this community always shows up.

Our latest Wellness Cowgirl event brought us together for a morning of movement, matcha, meaningful conversations, and new friendships.

A huge thank you to Citadel Urban Apartments for hosting us, saintcloudmatcha for keeping everyone fueled with incredible matcha, and Georgie Devoe El-sheikh for leading such a fun Pilates class. We couldn’t have asked for better partners!

This is exactly what Wellness Cowgirl is all about:
