Your TSH is “normal,” but you’re still dealing with fatigue, brain fog, hair loss, weight gain, low energy, or feeling cold all the time?

A normal TSH does not always explain persistent thyroid symptoms.

TSH is only one piece of the thyroid picture. Other factors can include Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, thyroid antibodies, T4-to-T3 conversion, low T3, chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, gut dysfunction, blood sugar imbalance, and adrenal stress.

This is why some people taking levothyroxine or other thyroid medication still struggle with hypothyroidism symptoms even when their standard thyroid labs fall within the reference range.

The bigger question is not simply whether your TSH is “normal.”

It’s why you still feel unwell.

Looking deeper at thyroid function, autoimmune activity, nutrient status, metabolism, gut health, and blood sugar regulation can reveal factors that standard testing may not fully explain.

Send me a direct message and put TSH on there.

PCOS, irregular periods, acne, stubborn weight gain, cravings, fertility issues, and hormone imbalance may have more in common than you think.

One major piece often overlooked is blood sugar and insulin resistance.

When blood glucose rises and falls frequently, insulin can stay elevated and disrupt the hormones involved in PCOS, including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and cortisol.

That metabolic imbalance can contribute to:

• Irregular or missed periods
• Acne and breakouts
• Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
• Sugar cravings
• Fatigue and energy crashes
• Ovulation problems
• Fertility challenges
• Mood changes

This is why treating hormones alone may miss an important part of the picture.

A continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can also reveal blood sugar patterns that aren't obvious from standard bloodwork.

If you're dealing with PCOS symptoms that keep coming back, it may be time to look beyond hormones and investigate your blood sugar, insulin sensitivity, metabolism, and inflammation.

DM me and let’s figure out what’s really behind your hormone symptoms so you can start feeling normal again.

Got a positive ANA test and were told it's probably nothing?

An ANA (antinuclear antibody) test can be a clue that your immune system is showing signs of activity. It does NOT diagnose an autoimmune disease by itself, but it can be an important piece of the bigger picture.

This matters if you're also experiencing:

• fatigue
• brain fog
• joint pain
• inflammation
• thyroid symptoms
• skin changes
• digestive problems
• unexplained health issues

Conditions such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune diseases can involve abnormal ANA results, but the meaning of a positive ANA depends on the full clinical picture.

The bigger question is:

Why is your immune system activated?

Factors that may be worth investigating include gut health, microbiome imbalance, intestinal permeability, chronic inflammation, infections, stress, nutrient deficiencies, and environmental triggers.

A positive ANA shouldn't automatically be dismissed, especially when symptoms are continuing or getting worse.

Your ANA result is a clue. The next step is understanding what the rest of your bloodwork and symptoms are telling you.

Put ANA down below and tell me what you were told after your positive test.

If you want more answers, send me a DM right now and say, autoimmune, and I will get you my autoimmune webinar. I'll break this down exactly what you need to know and help you get your life back.

Walking into a room and forgetting why?

Losing your train of thought mid-sentence?

Struggling to focus even after a full night's sleep?

That's brain fog, and it's often a sign that something deeper is happening inside your body.

Common root causes include:

• blood sugar instability
• insulin resistance
• gut dysfunction
• leaky gut
• chronic inflammation
• adrenal stress
• metabolic dysfunction

When blood sugar spikes and crashes, your brain loses its steady fuel supply. At the same time, poor gut health and inflammation can disrupt neurotransmitters that support memory, focus, mood, and mental clarity.

It's no surprise many people with brain fog also struggle with:

• fatigue
• low energy
• anxiety
• digestive issues
• sugar cravings
• weight gain

Brain fog isn't something you should just "live with."

It's often a clue that your body needs attention.

Supporting blood sugar balance, gut health, and reducing inflammation can make a dramatic difference in how clearly your brain performs.

DM me and I'll send you my full brain fog solutions guide so you can start thinking clearly again.

Racing heart. Shaky hands. Brain fog. Sudden panic.

What if it isn't anxiety at all?

One of the most overlooked causes of anxiety symptoms is blood sugar instability.

When your blood sugar crashes, your body releases adrenaline and cortisol to bring glucose back up. That stress response can feel almost identical to an anxiety attack.

Common symptoms include:

• heart palpitations
• shakiness
• panic attacks
• brain fog
• dizziness
• sweating
• fatigue
• irritability
• sudden nervousness

Hidden issues like insulin resistance, prediabetes, metabolic dysfunction, chronic stress, poor gut health, inflammation, and blood sugar swings can all contribute to these symptoms.

If your anxiety shows up alongside energy crashes, sugar cravings, skipped meals, or feeling better after eating, your body may be giving you an important clue.

The goal isn't just managing symptoms.

It's understanding what's triggering them in the first place.

Send me a DM no matter where you live. We'll review your blood work, uncover which systems are off, and help you regain control of your life.

Do you feel dizzy, lightheaded, shaky, weak, or like you're about to faint every time you stand up?

That isn't something your body should be doing.

Many people assume it's dehydration or low blood pressure.

But symptoms like these are commonly linked to POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), autonomic nervous system dysfunction, and underlying imbalances affecting circulation.

Hidden contributors can include:

• blood sugar instability
• adrenal stress
• poor circulation
• electrolyte imbalance
• nervous system dysregulation
• chronic inflammation

When your body struggles to regulate blood flow after standing, you may experience:

• rapid heart rate
• brain fog
• tunnel vision
• fatigue
• heart palpitations
• exercise intolerance
• near-fainting episodes

Managing symptoms is important.

Understanding why they keep happening is where real progress begins.

If standing leaves you feeling worse every day, your body may be pointing toward a deeper root cause that's worth investigating.

Send me a message for clarity and support on what could be causing your symptoms.

Autoimmune conditions don't start out of nowhere.

One of the biggest root causes we look for is leaky gut. When the gut lining becomes damaged, unwanted particles can enter the bloodstream and trigger an ongoing immune response.

That's why simply suppressing the immune system often isn't enough. The goal is to uncover why your immune system is reacting in the first place.

If you're living with Hashimoto's, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, MS, psoriasis, or another autoimmune condition, there may be deeper imbalances driving it.

Comment your autoimmune condition below.

You've been told your thyroid is "normal"...

But you're still dealing with fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, hair loss, or feeling like something just isn't right.

Sometimes a single thyroid test doesn't provide the complete picture.

Have you ever been told your thyroid was "normal" but still felt like something was being missed?

Taking iron supplements but your ferritin is still low?

That's a clue your body may be struggling with something deeper.

Low ferritin isn't always caused by not getting enough iron.

It can also be linked to:

• gut inflammation
• poor iron absorption
• leaky gut
• digestive dysfunction
• chronic inflammation
• autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto's and lupus
• nutrient deficiencies
• chronic infections

When your body can't properly absorb, store, or use iron, ferritin may stay low no matter how many supplements you take.

That's why people with iron deficiency and low ferritin often continue struggling with:

• fatigue
• hair loss
• brain fog
• dizziness
• restless legs
• shortness of breath
• low energy

The goal isn't just raising your ferritin.

It's finding out why your ferritin keeps dropping in the first place.

Your lab results may be pointing to a much bigger picture than iron alone.

Have you ever had low ferritin?

Drop your lowest ferritin number below 👇

Send me a DM.

I'll help you get bloodwork, uncover what's out of balance, and figure out what's really driving it so you can start feeling like yourself again.

Taking Metformin or diabetes medication but still battling blood sugar spikes, cravings, fatigue, brain fog, stubborn weight gain, or energy crashes?

There's often more going on than high glucose alone.

Many people with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, or insulin resistance are also dealing with deeper issues like:

• metabolic dysfunction
• chronic inflammation
• poor sleep
• stress and cortisol imbalance
• nutrition habits
• reduced insulin sensitivity

Medication can help lower blood sugar, but it doesn't always explain why your glucose keeps spiking.

One of the best ways to uncover hidden patterns is with a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM).

A CGM shows how your meals, stress, sleep, exercise, and daily habits affect your blood sugar in real time.

When you can see what's happening, it becomes easier to identify triggers, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce glucose spikes, support metabolic health, and maintain steadier energy throughout the day.

Better blood sugar control starts with understanding your patterns, not just managing the numbers.
