I've had a goal of being more active on social media, but I've always struggled with figuring out what to post. I realized I was overthinking it and feeling like everything needed to fit a theme or follow some elaborate content plan. Would that be ideal? Probably. But waiting for the perfect plan has mostly just kept me from posting at all.

So I've decided that any content is better than no content. So throughout June, my goal is simply to show up more consistently. I'll be sharing mental health tips, strategies I use myself, busting some common therapy myths, and probably a few other random thoughts along the way.
