Lunge with internal rotation is a great exercise to help improve hip mobility, core control, balance, and rotational strength.

How to:

Step into a forward lunge, keep your front knee stacked over your ankle, then slowly rotate your torso inward toward the front leg while keeping your core engaged.

Return to center and repeat with control on both sides.
