Mark your calendars for Trunk or Treat with Kindred Psychology!

🎃 This is a free, family-friendly Halloween event for the LGBTQ+ community & friends.

👻 You can expect outdoor trunk or treating (weather permitting) and lots of eerie excitement indoors, from creepy crafts to potion-making to spooky snacks! It is free to attend and no RSVP required.

Saturday! Let’s celebrate! LGBTQ+ affirming all-ages potluck.

📍 Tierra Park (near 27th and Nebraska Pkwy)
🕚 11am - 1pm
🌮 Please bring a snack, a taco topping or vessel, a nonalcoholic drink, or dessert to share! Plates, utensils, and napkins will be provided.
☀️ Lawn chairs or picnic blankets are encouraged if you want to spread out!

🏳️‍⚧️ It’s been a long few months. Time to gather, kick off Pride, and take a collective breath! 🏳️‍🌈

💭 How are you caring for yourself this week?

🌈 If you’re in need of community, the Kindred Psychology office will be open from 2:00-7:00 on Wednesday 11/6 for some post-election support. We will have arts and crafts, politics-free AND politics-full zones, and lots of cuddles from 🐶

🪷 Also on Wednesday we will offer a virtual guided meditation plus reflection from 4:00-5:00pm. We will post the link in our bio!

🗣️ On Friday 11/8 from 6-7pm, we will host a virtual election-week debrief with one of our providers - offering you a safe, affirming environment to talk about the election.

🗓️ If you’re looking for more engagement, check out the drop-ins at and tomorrow, plus the virtual sessions at the rest of the week. More info will be shared in our stories throughout the week.
