Salt Creek featured "Piranha Powder" today as part of our afternoon's Social Hour appetizers.

Okay...that's not exactly true. We actually enjoyed a delicious vegetable offering with French Onion Dip, Garlic Aioli Dip, and Ranch Dip options.

We offered a number of wonderful beverage choices, as well.

The "Piranha Powder" is actually just showcasing an upcoming decor option of how we can upcycle empty wine bottles...fill them with granulated sugar...and turn them in to Halloween decor.

Please know that absolutely no Piranhas were hurt in the creation of this craft bottle presentation.

The Salt Creek Tailgate continues!

Thank you to Lynette from Interim for spoiling us with a Kona Ice Truck Treat Extravaganza today! Lots of Husker Red flavors were enjoyed by our Residents and Team Members.

Thank you, also, to Amanda from Greene Senior Living for hosting a wonderful Bingo experience. We always adore the energy with her games...and we'll bring that energy to our volleyball game cheers later tonight!

Today's Friday Mocktail was a Cranberry Apple Pie feature...because we went with something beautifully delicious and red.

There is no place like Nebraska. And we know we are biased here...but we also think there is no place like Salt Creek. Especially on a Tailgate Friday.

Salt Creek's Husker Tailgate Party Celebrations are officially underway!

Scrumptious smokies and spicy wings are being served at this afternoon's Social Hour. Sparkly football centerpieces might garner some cheer over tonight's dinner.

We're not going to spoil any of tomorrow's surprises...but let's just say if you check back in tomorrow...you might just see a little bit of the color red.

Some "square art" was created, we've enjoyed some readings as a group...and OF COURSE we've chatted about the wonderful Husker sports games that happened over the weekend.
