šŸ‹šŸ’™ A refreshing day at Lincoln Meadows Care Center soon to be Lincoln Post Acute

Today we celebrated our amazing team with staff appreciation lemonade drinks, and it was a huge hit! Our students from Sisu CNA School got to experience the positive, supportive culture that makes our facility so special, and weā€™re hopeful many of them will choose to join our team after graduation.

The fun wasnā€™t just for staffā€”our residents enjoyed the treats too, calling them their favorite ā€œflavored watersā€ while staying refreshed and hydrated during the warm weather.

Moments like these remind us that great care starts with a great culture. We are proud of our team, grateful for our future caregivers, and honored to care for such wonderful residents every day. šŸ’™

Big changes are comingā€¦ and we couldnā€™t be more excited to share them with our community.

Soon, Lincoln Meadows Care Centerļæ¼ will officially become Lincoln Post Acute.

While our name is changing, the heart behind what we do is not.
Same ownership. Same leadership. Same dedicated nursing and therapy team. Same commitment to caring for our community. ā¤ļø

Our new name better reflects who we are today and the care we proudly provide every day. Healthcare has evolved, and so has skilled nursing. We are moving away from the outdated idea of a ā€œnursing homeā€ or ā€œconvalescent homeā€ and focusing on what modern post-acute care truly is:

āœ”ļø Short-term rehabilitation
āœ”ļø Skilled nursing care
āœ”ļø Recovery after surgery, illness, or hospitalization
āœ”ļø Helping patients regain strength, independence, and quality of life so they can safely return home

Over the past several years, we have worked incredibly hard to transform our facility into a place known for rehabilitation, recovery, and results. Our mission is to help patients heal, rebuild confidence, and get back to doing the things they love most.

This rebrand is not about changing who we are ā€” itā€™s about showing the community who weā€™ve already become.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their courage, service, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

At Lincoln Meadows, we are especially grateful for the veterans, families, and heroes in our community who remind us daily of the true meaning of sacrifice and dedication.

We canā€™t say enough good things about the care our friend/family member received at Lincoln Meadows Care Center. From the nursing staff to therapy and admissions, everyone was compassionate, attentive, and truly treated them like family. Communication was great, the facility was clean and welcoming, and we felt supported every step of the way during recovery. Thank you for helping make a difficult time so much easier. Highly recommend to anyone needing short-term rehab or skilled nursing care in the Lincoln area.
