We had a wonderful time attending the Lincoln Chamber event at ! It was great connecting with local businesses and community leaders while sharing the exciting news about our transition from Lincoln Meadows Care Center to Lincoln Post Acute.

While our name is changing, our commitment to providing exceptional care remains the same. Weโ€™re excited for this new chapter as we continue to focus on short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and serving the Lincoln community with the same trusted team and quality care.
