This beautiful patient experienced volume loss in her face due to weight loss—a common but often overlooked change that can affect facial harmony. I placed dermal filler in her cheeks, chin, and lips to restore balance and enhance her natural features—without overfilling or changing her unique look.

The goal is not to change your face—just to bring back soft, natural-looking structure. When done right, it should look like you… just refreshed.

The after photo was taken 3 weeks post-treatment, once any swelling had fully settled and the results had softened beautifully.

I’m happy to share a beautiful result from a subtle touch-up using a small amount of lip filler combined with marionette line support. This approach was all about achieving a refreshed, natural look while respecting my patient’s unique facial structure.

🔹 Lips: I added just enough filler to enhance lip volume and shape without drastically altering their natural appearance. This subtle enhancement gave her lips a soft, hydrated, and youthful look that complements her face.
