Happy Family Friday!

📚🎒 Back-to-School Community Event Success! 🎒📚
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Back-to-School Event! We were honored to give back to our community by providing 50 backpacks filled with school supplies to local students as they prepare for a successful school year.

Families enjoyed pizza, ice cream, popcorn, and voucher to get their students' haircut at their convenience! Seeing the smiles on the children's faces made the event truly special!

At Lincolnton Rehab, we believe in supporting not only our residents but also the community we call home. We are grateful for the opportunity to help local families and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in Lincolnton. ❤️📓✏️

Happy Memorable Moment Monday!

The Admissions Team wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our amazing staff for their hard work and dedication. As a small token of appreciation, Brittani, Director of Admissions and Marketing, and Makayla, Admissions Coordinator, took an ice cream cart around the facility to treat employees to a sweet break. And for our second and third shift team members, ice cream and toppings were left available for staff to enjoy at their convenience. We are grateful for everything our team does each day to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Thank you for all that you do!

"In my 25 plus years of experience in healthcare, I have never met a never Team like this. This team places all their heart and compassion in the work they do. They are capable and place the residents first. But far above those things they put aside any under current -if at all it exists - to do what needs to be done, deliver quality care. At the helm is the mother, Marilyn DON and her team really implemented well. This ship has great potential, and I am honored and privileged to see what they do. I want to thank them for their hard work. So, to you all Brittani, Makayla, Hayley, Tracy, Cristal, Lawanda, Monique, Dwight, Cindy, Kelly, Tiana, Nichol, Jennifer, Shelly, Patti, Heather, Kim, Tonya and not last or least Nida and Yvonne where were you when I first started out! "Wow!! what a nurse she really can Manage a situation for positive outcomes. Carol is proactive and not afraid to say " we are a team and that is what we do, so we don't have to do it alone" She seeks to find the solution not just focus on the problem. Carol's suggestion on 7/15 for a resident move helped to satisfy our customer by creating a better roommate match. Carol got the ball moving so everything ran smooth with the move. Great going Carol!
