We accept walk-ins until 3:30 p.m. / except for Fridays. Clinic Providers:

We offer outpatient services, including primary care services encompassing total health and wellness, disease prevention, physicals, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and long-term and home health care referrals. PhyNet - Jefferson Clinic has a full-time Medical Receptionist position available for immediate placement. Preferred candidate with MA certification with some medical background experience. The candidate must be comfortable working directly with patients.

Responsibilities include supporting the medical director MD, and FNP on scheduling appointments and facilitating the daily requirements of the clinic front office. Career opportunity and room advancement for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must live in or near Jefferson, Texas, and have good communication skills, an understanding of EHR (Electronic Health Record) apps. MUST has a minimum of two years of experience working in the medical field.

CORE DUTIES INCLUDE

• Facilitating Intake Forms
• Clinic Communications (Faxing, Emails, and Patient Questions)
• Patient Care Management Follow-up Calls
• Appointment Scheduling
• Record management / EHR updates
• Manage in-house and outbound labs
