South Central Medical and Resource Center (SCMRC) is a community health center that provides primary and mental health care in Chickasha, Lindsay, and Pauls Valley. South Central Medical and Resource Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Lindsay, Washington, and Chickasha, OK. We provide family practice health care for all patients in our tri-county area of Grady, Garvin

and McClain Counties. For those patients who do not have health insurance we have a sliding fee scale to allow patients who are uninsured or underinsured to receive quality health care at affordable rates. South Central Medical & Resource Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

This position is currently 3 days a week in our Pauls Valley location, and 2 days a week flexed throughout our other locations as needed for coverage. This is a 5 day a week, full-time position but we are open to considering a part‑time LPN.
