If you're looking for a salad that is satisfying enough to be the main dish, you've just found it! it's filled with crisp romaine hearts, bacon, pasta, and gorgonzola - delicious!

My non PC regular muffin pans stick and I’m out of liners. Decided to use the square Pampered Chef brownie pan.
I forgot to take a pictures as I was mixing but after clean up these are all the PC products I used.
Batter bowl - I’ve had at least 30 years! Large scoop (I’ve got all 4 sizes. There is a use for all!) Anniversary spatula (love) mini whisk, easy see measuring and measuring spoons!
