The short answer: Not really!

While yes, some mild soreness or bruising may occur after acupuncture sessions, it is completely normal and temporary. Other therapies we provide have no side effects whatsoever.

Regardless of your care plan, you are free to continue with your daily activities as usual. Whether that is school pick-up, work, hitting up the beach, or even catching a workout!

You can expect to be able to fulfill your schedule without any setbacks.
