Today is National I Love My Feet Day — a good reminder that foot health is often overlooked until something goes wrong. A few quick facts:

🦴 26 bones per foot — roughly a quarter of all the bones in your body
🚶 100,000+ miles walked in an average lifetime — about 4 trips around the Earth
💦 ~250,000 sweat glands between your two feet
