A little bittersweet news… ❤️

After many wonderful years, I’ve decided it’s time for me to retire from my hypnosis practice.

My last day seeing clients will be September 30, 2026.

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me over the years. It has been such a privilege to be part of your journeys and to watch so many of you make meaningful changes in your lives.

I’m excited for this next chapter, but I’ll definitely miss the people who have made this work so special.

Thank you for all the support, trust, and wonderful memories. ❤️

Hypnosis isn’t about perfection.
It’s about helping you feel calmer, more focused, and more in control—even when life feels a little scattered.
