Sometimes the best opportunities come from saying "yes."

When Elizabeth encouraged me to attend a local networking event, I wasn't sure what to expect—but I'm so glad I went. We had the opportunity to connect with some incredible providers in our community, learn more about the amazing work being done, and build relationships that ultimately benefit the clients we serve.

Private practice can feel isolating at times, which is why I value collaboration over competition. Strong community connections help us provide better care and ensure clients have access to the resources and support they need.

Grateful for a teammate who encourages growth and for all of the wonderful professionals we had the chance to meet. Looking forward to future collaborations! 💙

Growth never stops—and that's something worth celebrating!

I recently renewed my EMDR certification through EMDRIA and am proud to display the updated certification badge. Every renewal is a reminder of why I continue investing in this work. I've had the privilege of witnessing the incredible impact EMDR has had in helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and painful life experiences. It is an honor to be part of each client's healing journey.

And there's more exciting news...

Next week, Elizabeth begins her EMDR Basic Training! 🎉 We are so excited to support her as she expands her clinical skills and works toward becoming an EMDR-trained therapist. This investment in continuing education allows us to bring even more high-quality, trauma-informed care to the clients we serve.

Here's to continued growth, learning, and helping more people find healing.

We're excited to welcome Liz to Mind Revolution Counseling & Consulting!

Liz is a trilingual therapist (Spanish, English, and Italian) who provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed care through a warm, relational approach. She integrates IFS, EFT, attachment-based work, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to support healing, self-discovery, and meaningful growth.

Liz offers both in-person and telehealth services and will be completing EMDR Basic Training in the coming months.
