This week at Timber Creek Village, we celebrated Assisted Living Week with our amazing staff and residents! 🎉❤️ We took a trip through the decades, celebrating the 20s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s with fun outfits, music, memories, and plenty of smiles along the way. Reaching a century of life is a remarkable achievement, and we are so grateful to share this special day with her. Ms. Dobbs has blessed those around her with her kindness, strength, and the wisdom that comes from a lifetime of cherished memories and experiences. Her beautiful smile and warm spirit continue to brighten our community each day. The last two weeks have been full of fun, appreciation, and celebration at Timber Creek Village! We enjoyed recognizing our amazing CNAs during CNA Week and thanking them for their hard work, compassion, and dedication to our residents. Our residents were also entertained by the wonderful music of Joe Powell, who brought smiles, laughter, and plenty of toe-tapping fun. To top off the week, we celebrated our fathers with a special Father’s Day BBQ, where residents, families, and staff enjoyed delicious food, great company, and wonderful memories together. It was a busy but rewarding week filled with appreciation and joy!

Today was a sweet and memorable day at Timber Creek Village as I had the pleasure of making fresh cotton candy for our residents! The smell of the sugary treat brought back wonderful childhood memories and filled the room with smiles and laughter. Residents enjoyed watching the cotton candy being spun and loved choosing their fluffy treats to enjoy. It was a simple activity that created lots of joy, conversation, and nostalgia, making for a fun afternoon shared with friends. Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon creating fresh flower arrangements. With a variety of colorful blooms and greenery to choose from, everyone had the opportunity to design their own unique bouquet.
